The Role: Account Management Intern – you will be a key player in the success of building out Disruptive Advertising's Account Management department, creating high-quality creative deliverables based on a strong strategy to drive impactful results. We are looking for an enthusiastic creative intern to join our team and to help achieve our goals. You will have administrative duties and will collaborate with our team in all stages of marketing campaigns. Your insightful contribution will help develop, expand and maintain our marketing channels. This internship will help you acquire marketing skills and provide you with knowledge of various marketing strategies. Ultimately, you will gain broad experience in business and should be prepared to enter any fast paced work environment.

As our Account Management Intern , you will receive:

$20/hour at 28 hours per week for 12 weeks

Flexible time management

As our Account Management Intern , you will:

Project Management: Assist Account Managers with project management in Asana.

Marketing Strategy: Competitor Analysis, Buyer Persona's, Strategy Builders, Using AI to get more efficient in all of these areas.

Data Reporting: Assisting with Data collection, analyzing, and reporting to help AM's make informed decisions with the marketing strategy.

Pulling numbers for ad hoc reports

Testing analysis

Creative Strategy & Creation: Help with the creative process and building creative assets

Support the team with other tasks!

Complete a charity project with the 'Caring Committee'

Be involved in our culture and personal development programs

What you need to be an Account Management Intern :

0-1 years experience

Exceptional time management skills

Excellent organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks

Strong interest in knowledge and understanding of a Creative Department

Excellent communication skills
