The successful candidate will be a key member of the Professional Services team, delivering PA/senior administrative support and provide an initial point of contact to the Head of School, to allow them to fulfil their responsibilities linked to academic leadership and management of the School, maintaining confidentiality at all times. As PA/Senior Administrator in the Lincoln School of Humanities and Heritage, you will be required to prioritise tasks to ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the school's activities as well as delivering to the College Strategic Plan. The daily tasks will be varied, and you must be able to communicate effectively (both written and verbal), use your initiative, be proactive with problem-solving and manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines. You will also be able to work effectively within a team and independently and be able to cope in a dynamic and challenging environment.
This is a hybrid role, with the expectation of working on campus as the role requires.
