The Role
We are looking for someone to join our team at SUSU to provide administrative support across the various parts of our operations directorate.
You will work with the Social Enterprise, Finance and Front of House teams, helping each of them to run as effectively as possible.
Working with the Social Enterprise team will mostly focus on entry and management of stock and allergens. Finance will be centered on invoicing and financial transactions. The Front of House support will be concentrating on the administration of event bookings.
Your time split across the teams will approximately be 60% Social Enterprise, 20% Finance and 20% Front of House.
About You
You will have very strong attention to detail as accuracy is vital to each of the functions you will be completing for Social Enterprise, Finance and Front of House.
This role requires strong written and verbal communication skills, and you will work with a wide range of people and departments, each with different requirements and priorities.
SUSU is a fast paced and ever-changing organisation so you will need to be able to react and work with the team to prioritise effectively to ensure tasks are completed on time.
