As Fisker's Facilities Coordinator , you will work closely with the Facilities Manager, IT and HRBP team on developing and maintaining professional, fun, exciting day-to-day work experience for the entire Fisker team at Fisker's Long Island Center.

As an internal influencer and representative of Fisker, you are responsible for assisting with the office organization and support, including but not limited to office supplies and stocking of the office kitchens, assisting with new hire orientation tours, internal events, and facilities projects.
The ideal candidate has experience in facilities, project management, vendor management, and contract management. You are passionate about finding new ways to optimize spending as you support culture and employee initiatives and events.
Research and coordination of contacts/contracts with vendors for office kitchen supplies, company-wide lunches, special meeting lunches, events, etc.
Help to oversee planning & logistics associated with events and meetings as they relate to the office. Online ordering of bulk groceries and office supplies while managing department budget. Ensuring the onsite kitchens are stocked with essential items needed for employees.
Responsible for the facilities day-to-day operations including mail distribution, conference rooms maintenance and scheduling, vendor management and related walkthroughs with vendors. Liaison to the landlord.
Managing internal communications for office updates. Distribution and maintenance of building access keys and parking as applicable.
Point of contact for guests and visiting employees including any current COVID-19 compliances. Coordinating with HR/IT team to ensure that all new hires are assigned a workspace & supplies.
Preparing shipping labels and delivery of packages. Receiving and distribution of packages, purchase order management and point of contact for onsite security, maintenance, and janitorial.
Coordination of office emergency procedures and training, vendor management as well as budgets, purchase order and invoice reconciliation with additional projects as outlined by the Facilities Manager.
Minimum 2+ years working in office administrative support (preferred experience in tech)
Experience building and managing budget and affinity for working in fast- paced, ever-changing environments.
Working knowledge of office and facilities processes with some project management experience.
Adept at interfacing with all levels of staff, building ownership, vendors, etc.
Proficient in PM Software, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio & Outlook
and a strong, genuine affinity for our mission, vision, and values.
A compelling vision for how positive, high-performing teams and cultures are built, and demonstrated success implementing such a vision.
Great references and the ability to lift 30 lbs.
Expected Salary Range: $22.00/Hr- $33.00/Hr.
Additional compensation: Salary is one part of total compensation which includes bonuses, equity awards as applicable, and benefits.
An employee is eligible to participate in Fisker's equity program, subject to the rules governing such programs.

Coverage is effective on the first day of employment, and Fisker covers most of the premiums for employees. The salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors including market location, job-related knowledge, education/training, certifications, key skills, experience, internal peer equity as well as business considerations. Fisker reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position within the salary range listed, taking into account the wide variety of factors listed above.
