Monash University's Counselling and Psychological Services (CAPS) unit provides clinical services and mental health development programs to promote student and staff health and wellbeing.
The Opportunity
The Counselling and Psychological Services (CAPS) unit is seeking Psychologists to work on campus providing clinical services, both face to face and telehealth, to students and staff of Monash University. You will have extensive experience working with young adults with complex mental health presentations including personality disturbance, depression, anxiety and early psychiatric illness.
You will be working with a large dedicated and professional healthcare team consisting of GPs, nurses, mental health nurses, and other psychologists within the CAPS team.

Additional Information
This is a contractor opportunity and successful candidates will be required to enter into a contractor arrangement with the University. Payment is made at the hourly rate. You would be entitled to claim under Medicare, minus a percentage license fee. Monash University is paying this contract and it does not involve Medicare.
Superannuation may also be paid (dependant on meeting eligibility threshold), currently at a 11% superannuation guarantee rate.
Some online mandatory training modules are required to be completed at the start of the contract.
A minimum two-day commitment is required and more days are welcome.
