Job Description1. Provide process data analysis, interpretation and reporting for continuous process improvement and defect cost reduction.
2. Provide product dispositions and support technical root cause/corrective actions for manufacturing quality issues.
3. Utilize problem-solving techniques such as Shainin for defect cost reduction projects.
4. Identify projects and lead interdisciplinary teams to improve quality and reduce defect cost, with practical implementation of measures.
5. Improve operator skills/knowledge via ongoing improvement of manufacturing standards and focused operator classes/hands-on training.

7. Support ongoing improvement of manufacturing documentation and quality plans according to company standards (including process flow diagrams, control plans, PFMEA, PQIs, process control documentation, standard work instructions, etc…).
8. Support CIP activities and Goal Deployment objectives.

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or other related technical field
3+ Years Manufacturing Experience
Quality Management Systems experience
Experience with a problem-solving methodology (Shainin, KT, Six Sigma, etc)
Preferred: Concessions / Risk Assessments experience Data Analytics experience
