We at Volocopter are pioneers in the development of electrical air taxis that take off and land vertically (eVTOLs). We are bringing urban air mobility to life by introducing our air taxis and drones as an electric addition to current transportation options in megacities worldwide. Our aim is to offer affordable on-demand air taxi services and save people time by flying them safely to their destination. As a member of a highly multi-disciplinary Manufacturing engineering team, you will set up the first battery pack production and you will work closely with the design, quality, and Production team. Our ideal candidate exhibits a can- do attitude and approaches his or her work with vigor and resolution. Candidates will be expected to demonstrate excellence in their respective fields, possess the ability to learn quickly, and to strive for perfection within a fast-paced environment

Your mission during this flight: As our Manufacturing Engineer Battery Pack (Testing), you will develop reliable manufacturing methods to ensure the functionality of single cells and battery packs during assembly for in-line & end-of-line testing following the latest industry best practices and aviation certification standards.
