    In this role, you will be responsible for the successful implementation of student work-integrated Framework and learning strategies and activities across the University. You will play a key role in the development of government, industry and community organisational partnerships to establish, maintain and extend partnerships to support student WIL opportunities.

    You will lead the WIL team and relevant activities through a cohesive team- focused approach, ensuring that appropriate work plans and strategies are in place to meet the performance objectives of the group and priority given to the professional development of individual team members.

    Position Requirements
  • Proven leadership and management skills with ability to manage performance and manage workloads for a large professional team.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and negotiate new stakeholder agreements.
  • Proven experience planning and analysing and coordinating the delivery of projects while balancing priorities and resources.
  • Postgraduate qualifications or progress towards postgraduate qualifications and extensive relevant experience; or extensive experience and management expertise; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
