Role Overview

Working within the organization, this role will report to the Senior Manager Quality. The manger will work on site alongside the Engineering and Production Partner and the resident Fisker team with the aim of supporting the launch and serial production of the Fisker Ocean. The successful candidate will demonstrate outstanding skills in analysis, critical thinking, root cause investigation and risk management. The role will require strong communication and organizational skills as well as the ability to work cross-functionally and alongside external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the development of the Fisker Quality Management System

  • Support COP and homologation process and control plan definition

  • Support the Fisker departments in divining and documenting processes and KPIs

  • Represent Fisker Quality in the internal and external audits

  • Develop a Fisker document control system according international quality standards

  • Lead internal audits

  • Qualifications / Knowledge / Experience

  • Degree or equivalent experience in relevant discipline

  • Relevant experience in the automotive sector (experience on an EV is an advantage)

  • Relevant experience and certificate in QMS systems like VDA, IATF, 6-Sigma

  • Knowledge and understanding of the vehicle development process, milestones and deliverables is an advantage

  • Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment

  • Self-motivated and self-starter with a keen eye for detail

  • Working knowledge of how to establish processes and standards within teams

  • English & German speaking and a good understanding of written and spoken English & German

  • Ability to form strong working relationships with internal and external partners

  • Must be computer literate with knowledge of relevant business systems (i.e.: Microsoft Office)
