Role Overview

We are looking for a Manager , Paid Media Europe, to join the new European headquarter in Munich, ideally with experience in agency-side and client-side paid media strategy and planning, to join the EU headquarters in Munich, Germany. In this role you lead a team of regional paid media specialists and will be responsible for running paid media campaigns (programmatic, social media, search, in-market, media partners) globally and help to develop and execute Fisker's paid media strategy and planning, including the growth of our customer base as well as its engagement along the customer journey. This role is expected to deliver on cost efficiencies with effective targeted performance in a highly logical, data- driven environment.

Reporting to the Digital Marketing Director, this role will utilize data insights and a consumer-focused mindset to bring paid media marketing, its efficiencies and high performance KPIs to the next level.

Candidates for this role must have strong communication skills to maximize engagement in a frequently evolving landscape. The right candidate has experience managing campaigns across multiple channels, reporting to management, providing strategic insights and effective countermeasures relating to overarching KPIs in sales, reservations, and registrations.

The role is based in Munich, Germany.

What you will do:

  • Develop, execute, and manage creative data-driven paid media campaigns (programmatic, social media, search, in-market, media partners etc.) that engage our customers in different moments in their customer journey

  • Generate unique and innovative ideas for customer activation and customer development

  • Create planning with budget/forecast/actual performance, aligning with cost per high value actions, impressions, and sales

  • Define advanced audience segmentations, tactics and targeting to improve our campaigns in the global market

  • Manage media team to execute approved strategy and plan, monitor daily/weekly/monthly performance, and provide countermeasures and evaluations

  • Coordinate with paid media partners to create creative paid media campaigns aligned with strategy

  • Monitor all relevant performance KPIs and conversion metrics and take actions to improve them

  • Conduct regular A/B testing and run in-depth user data analyses that will directly impact strategy and present your finding effectively to the team and key stakeholders

  • Basic Qualifications / Knowledge / Experience

  • You have 5-9 years of experience in paid media with experience on agency- side and client-side

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in a related field responsible for 8+ figure budgets

  • You have hands-on experience with marketing tools, campaign messaging, marketing automation, A/B testing and campaign analysis

  • You have fun working with data and can interpret customer behaviour into actions to improve our campaigns and communicate insights effectively

  • You have strong verbal and written communication skills

  • You have strong project management and organization skills combined with strong attention to detail

  • You communicate fluently in English and in at least one other European language

  • You have a strong sense of ownership.
