  • Principal Accountabilities In addition to the following Epson's policies and procedures, principle accountabilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Perform preventive maintenance program utilizing COGZ software application.
  • Provide maintenance for forklifts, conveyor systems, carousels, and all other machinery.
  • Provide maintenance for lighting, exterior grounds (including gates and lights) and any other electrical, mechanical, or electromechanical systems.
  • Diagnose and repair failed equipment, or contact Facilities Supervisor to schedule vendor repair.
  • Install new electrical wiring (preferred), equipment, systems, and diagnose and repair existing systems.
  • Perform interior painting.
  • Recommend requisitions for maintenance materials.
  • Troubleshoot and repair down equipment.
  • Inspect the working condition of electrical, heat/air, plumbing, conveyor, and all essential equipment in the facility on a scheduled routine basis.
  • Interface with vendors and supplier representatives as required.
  • Identify and act immediately regarding safety hazards.
  • Work with other departments to coordinate and oversee various capital and repair projects, as required.
  • Follow safe work practices and policies, including driving rules and hazardous materials.
  • Operate various hand and power tools while following safety procedures.
  • Requirements

  • Previous experience performing preventative maintenance in a distribution or manufacturing environment.
  • Mechanical troubleshooting and repair experience
  • Electrical troubleshooting and repair experience
  • The starting annual base pay for this role is between USD $23.50 and $29.00/hr. Please note that this position's salary range may include multiple levels. The actual base is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
