Your next career move awaits at La Trobe University. We are seeking an ambitious and enthusiastic Leasing Coordinator to join an expanding function.
As a Leasing Coordinator, you will help develop, and play a pivotal role in facilitating and streamlining the growing leasing function.
Key responsibilities will include:
Lease Management: Managing the space catalogue, and the leasing contracts database. Oversee leasing governance and tenant and stakeholder management frameworks.
Documentation: Accurate records management skills are essential, documentation oversight and control, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
Tenant Relations: Building positive relationships with tenants. Address inquiries and concerns with a focus on customer experience and creation of a sense of community.
Collaboration: Work closely, fostering positive relationships with property owners, tenants, university partners, and university stakeholders alike.
Skills and Experience
Demonstrated understanding of fundamental leasing processes and principles. Strong communication, organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to foster positive relationships is essential to succeed in this role. You will possess a high-level of proficiency in computer software packages, proven analytical and problem-solving capability, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated customer service focus and solution orientated approach.
