Lead Interaction Studio/Marketing Cloud Personalization Consultant

Job Description

Epsilon is seeking an experienced Interaction Studio/Marketing Cloud Personalization Consultant to join our Consulting & Integration Services team. The Interaction Studio/Marketing Cloud Personalization Consultant will be responsible for designing and implementing personalized, cross-channel customer experiences using Salesforce's Interaction Studio/Marketing Cloud Personalization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing automation, data management, and customer journey mapping.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop and implement personalized customer journeys using Interaction Studio/Marketing Cloud Personalization
  • Configure Interaction Studio/Marketing Cloud Personalization to support client-specific use cases
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to identify business requirements and translate them into Interaction Studio/Marketing Cloud Personalization solutions
  • Conduct data analysis to identify customer behavior patterns and opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and implement testing strategies to optimize customer engagement
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Interaction Studio/Marketing Cloud Personalization implementations
  • Stay current with Salesforce Interaction Studio/Marketing Cloud Personalization best practices and trends in marketing automation
  • Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing automation and data management
  • Strong technical skills and experience with Salesforce Interaction Studio/Marketing Cloud Personalization
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Experience with A/B testing and optimization strategies
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications
  • Nice to have:

  • Customer Data Platform (CDP)
