Description

Employment Type: Full-time, Non-Exempt (Hourly), Benefits-Eligible, 12 months per year.

Shift: 12pm-8:30pm, with rotating weekends.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Prepare menu items including meat, vegetarian, vegan and halal

Prepare menu items using commercial steamers, convection ovens, tilt skillets, steam kettles, fryers and grills

Develop unique recipes

Work with and mentor college student employees

Prerequisites

MINIMUM EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Six months experience in a high-volume dining service or restaurant or other related experience.
