Geology Professor: This is an Adjunct position that instructs lecture and laboratory classes in earth science, physical geology, and historical geology.
The salary rate for this position is $650.00 per credit hour.Responsibilities

Master's degree or higher with 18 hours of graduate courses in geology from an accredited college or university. Previous successful experience teaching in the area of geology at the university or community college level; however, professional experience may be held as equivalent. Demonstrated ability to engage students in the learning process and proven commitment to student success. Collegial attitude with college community as well as outside entities. Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple assignments. Excellent computer and multi-media skills. Preferred: Experience in tracking student learning outcomes, analyzing resultant data, and implementing improvement plans.
