What You'll Do

As part of the IT team, you will support a global corporate footprint with centralized office and remote workforce profiles

Handle business-critical IT tasks across essential enterprise corporate infrastructure including operating systems, networks, security tools, SAAS platforms, software and hardware, both on-prem and in cloud environments

Provide area expertise in corporate applications and platforms such as Active Directory/Azure Active Directory, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Jamf (for MDM), VOIP systems and Okta SSO

Ensures security and protection of systems to prevent misuse, viruses, etc. and assist with managing proper backup and disaster recovery efforts

PC and server vulnerability management

Evaluate corporate hardware and software solutions and assist in the design and implementation

Consolidate corporate systems efficiently through merger and acquisition activity to a unified Veritone model

Provide administration and escalation support for a Mac and PC laptop user workforce

Contribute to the mentorship and team development for corporate applications, striving for a positive and collaborative group dynamic

Collaborate in a fast paced environment with multiple teams in a global and dynamic business unit of Veritone, Inc.

What You'll Need

5+ years of professional Windows systems and software management experience including the ability to effectively perform server administration tasks (ex: user/group, security permissions, group policies, application integrations); research event-log warnings and errors; and monitor resources to ensure that systems architecture components work together seamlessly

Ability to manage enterprise business application and collaboration tools such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspaces, with background in vendor selection, maintenance and upgrade, and triage of typical events

Proficiency in identity management, including AD and Azure AD domain, SSO platforms and protocols including, but not limited to SAML, ODIC, OAuth.

Proven examples of standardizing security controls across large-scale systems and network technologies

Ability to provide concrete examples of utilizing PowerShell to automate routine tasks in enterprise systems management.

Strong analytical / technical problem solving and troubleshooting skills across a wide range of technology

Understand ITSM/ITIL processes (incident, problem, change, SLA, etc)

Experience delivering services to and supporting the needs of end users in a corporate environment, including excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal

Knowledge of both Mac and PC platforms across a variety of operating systems, including distributed management, provisioning, and security services

Comfort working within project/task management platforms

Bonus Points If

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

Hands-On Experience with Leading or Participating in Security Compliance Programs (FedRAMP, SOX, etc.)

Have concrete examples ready to present for creating auto-remediation processes

Accomplished self-driven or sponsored certifications in Network, Security, Identity, or Windows Domain technologies

Cloud Platform experience with Azure, AWS or GCP
