What You'll Do
Develop technical requirements for a new solution by studying the market
and existing projects
Translate business requirements into technical requirements and workflow
documentation
Collaboration with a distributed team of developers, testers, and
analysts.
Work in a team using an agile methodology of software development (Scrum,
continuous
integration, planning games, daily stand-up, etc.).
Develop and manage project documentation
What You Know
6+ years of experience in product management
Experience working with CMS, DAM, and/or photo studio applications
Experience working in a digital retail, media, or digital product
development environment.
Experience on projects with complex scopes and with multi-system
integrations
Experience working with large software engineering teams both in and out
of your domain
Highly analytical and expert problem-solving skills
E-commerce + CMS is imp
Detail-oriented and strong multi-tasking ability
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
Strong oral, written, and formal presentation skills and the ability to
communicate complex ideas in simple ways to all levels of the organization
Education
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Information
Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent degree or work experience and 6+
years of professional experience in IT Operations/Incident Management
ITIL Certified or equivalent
