Careers are seeking a resourceful and capable applicant who can collaborate effectively with a variety of internal and external stakeholders, to deliver exciting new internship programmes. You will build local – and national – labour market intelligence and engage with employers and recruiters, to ensure our students develop the skills and graduate attributes employers' demand.
You will be able to work confidently under your own initiative, whilst participating in key team operations. We are looking for a proactive and motivated candidate with excellent interpersonal, organisational and project management skills. This is a new role so applicants must feel comfortable working within fluid structures and across boundaries.About us
The post sits in the proactive and dynamic Employer Engagement team within Careers. We organise university wide employer engagement opportunities, bringing students, graduates and employers together. We are a target university for high profile graduate recruiters but also work hard to diversify our offer and engage with a range of local employers and SMEs.
Careers is entering an exciting phase, working with partners across the university to expand and enhance our employability offer.
