About the Role/You
We are currently seeking an Innovation & Service Design Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and facilitating innovative, experiential learning programs that focus on building innovation and entrepreneurship skills. These programs will cater to various learner segments, including students, corporate and industry clients and partners, start-ups, and future founders.
As the Innovation & Service Design Lead, you will be at the forefront of innovation, constantly striving to deliver valuable and engaging learning and work experiences. You will integrate design thinking and human-centered design principles into the development of these experiences, ensuring that they are both user-centric and impactful.
Using collaborative, lean, and iterative product and service management approaches, you will design, launch, and deliver these programs, with a strong emphasis on the quality of experience and learning outcomes.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about entrepreneurship, innovation, future-ready skills, and experiential learning. As the Innovation & Service Design Lead, you will champion interest in these domains and play a key role in driving their importance within our organization.
To be successful in this position, you'll have:
An ability to dynamically facilitate experiences, lead groups and foster an environment conducive to innovation and entrepreneurship
An ability to utilise lean and iterative product development principles to develop and maintain effective customer-centric service-based offerings.
Experience in emerging tech, entrepreneurship, lean startup, research commercialisation, human-centred design or systems thinking
An understanding of User Experience (UX) and/or Customer Experience (CX) design
An ability to effectively collaborate with cross-university teams, industry experts, and various stakeholders to co-create learning experiences and proposals.
