The research aims to explore and evaluate the diffusion of blockchain technology (BCT) to support supply chain traceability in wine and olive- growing farms through the analysis of the farmers willingness to adopt it and the consumer's purchase intention of BCT-branded wine and EVOO through statistical- econometric analyses.
