Overview

We are searching for talented software engineers who can help to create an immersive experience within our vehicles.

In this role, you will be tasked with developing the various components that make up our infotainment system. You will work with other teams and team members to integrate software deliveries into a complete solution. You will test software releases, help identify issues in the release, and the provide solutions for those issues.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain a solid understanding of system design by reviewing requirements
  • Development and delivery of high-quality software components
  • Integrate of software components into software release.
  • Testing of Integrated software release to ensure quality and functionality.
  • Working with team leads to identify and scope work into manageable tasks
  • Producing documentation of work and dissemination of information within and across teams

    Qualifications

    Required Experience:

  • 7+ years developing embedded software
  • Excellent C/C++ development skills including knowledge of design patterns and data structures.
  • Extensive Experience using Linux including application development, driver development, and/or distribution management.
  • Experience working in a Yocto based build environment.
  • Experience developing network connected software (tcp,udp, mqtt, etc..)
  • Experience with JIRA, Git, and Agile Software development methodology.
  • Has shown the ability to function independently on a day-to-day basis
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Preferred Skills :

  • Automotive Experience is a plus
  • Experience with Qt UI package is a plus
  • Experience with NXP Processors is a plus.
  • Experience with A2B /I2S is a plus
  • Experience with Automotive Grade Linux is a plus
  • Experience developing software for manufacturing test is a plus
  • Experience with Bluetooth / Wi-Fi / Cellular modules / devices is a plus
  • Experience with d-bus, websockets, a plus

    Salary will be determined based on a number of factors, including but not limited to years of experience, training, skillset, location, etc. Expected salary range in CA : $143,900 - $172,700 annually.
