About Us
This role is based in the award-winning Outreach and Access team within our external relations directorate. This extensive directorate brings together an integrated Communications & Engagement and Student Recruitment & Marketing service as well as teams such as Design & Digital and Events and Advancement. We are looking for team members who will quickly embed themselves into this agile environment as we work toward a culture of the “continuous new”.
About the Job
Do you enjoy analysing data, spotting trends, and opportunities to improve practice? Do you want to contribute to helping potential students make informed decisions about their futures by supporting good practice? If so, then join the University of East London Outreach and Access team to help identify ways to improve evaluation practice and show impact.
Working mainly at our modern, well-connected Docklands Campus, you will aid the strategic direction of the Outreach and Access team's work by analysing evaluation results produced from a multitude of interventions, spotting where improvements can be made, and showing impact. The postholder will work closely with managers and project leads to ensure effective evaluation process and reporting. You will also assist in the identification of students / schools and colleges to be targeted in line with proxy criteria of underrepresentation.
About You
We are looking for an individual who is experienced in analysing data to exemplify outcomes and has knowledge of using data to demonstrate impact. Candidates will be required to be agile, dynamic and have the capacity to think creatively when presented with challenges.
If you also have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and can provide clear reports, then this could be the ideal role for you.
