HR Intern (Employee Relations/ Learning & Development)

    To work closely with HR Team to ensure the quality of HR services with the purpose of increasing the employee experience, engagement, and overall satisfaction.

    Employee Relations:

  • Supports the implementation of onboarding and off-boarding processes
  • Coordinate with internal functions to ensure ER-related process compliance
  • Participates and assists in planning and facilitating together with the HR team for engagement activities in team, company social, and networking events.
  • Supports in preparing, implementing and evaluating the annual plan of increasing employee engagement, experience and overall satisfaction
  • Assistant in executing HR-related tasks/projects as assigned
  • Learning & Development:

    Learning process:

  • Joining in all stages of the learning process (needs analysis, implementation planning, and effectiveness evaluation).
  • Design & Development:

  • Designing learning materials and media graphics (slides, guidelines, images, videos…);
  • Developing learning contents (outlines, lesson plans).
  • Administration:

  • Supporting the operation of in-house training courses;
  • Operating learning policies and managing databases;
  • Supporting other tasks when required
  • Qualifications
  • Fresh graduated or 3rd/4th-year students in Human Resources, Business Administration or related majors
  • Have strong passion and good knowledge in Human Resources field
  • Can work minimum 4 days/week
  • At least 6 months Full-time/Part-time Internship
  • Good communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
  • Full skill practices and applications of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and Google Workspace Products (Gmail, GG Drive, GG Meet, GG Docs, GG Sheet, GG Slides, GG Chat, etc.)
  • Customer-oriented, friendly, patient, proactive, organized and highly responsible
