We at Volocopter are the pioneers of electric air taxis, i.e. aircraft that take off and land vertically (eVTOLs). We bring urban air mobility to life, by getting air taxis and drones off the gorund in a way that complements current transportation options in megacities across the globe. Our aim is to offer affordable on-demand air taxi services that fly people to their destination quickly and safely. In 2011 we performed the first-ever piloted flight of a purely electric multicopter and have since showcased numerous public flights with our full-scale VoloCity aircrafts (www. volocopter.com).

Reporting to the Head of People Operations & Business Partnering, you will be responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management

The HR Business Partner is accountable for delivering value-added service to management and employees along the complete employee lifecycle. Your holistic business view and relationship building skills will help you to identify needs quickly. Your creativity and operational experience will then enable you to translate them into successful people-centred solutions, supporting successful growth.

The ideal candidate for this job will have a strong solution focus, emotional intelligence, and strategic design thinking. You embrace facts and data and know-how to obtain them, combined with a strong business consulting and business acumen.
