In this key-leadership role you will build and run the Supply Chain for Motion Drive Products division to meet its strategic targets and ambitions living by ABB values, code of conduct and integrity. At global level, you will lead the Supply Chain organization and people, and create SCM strategy being responsible for strategic initiatives within the organization and/or supply bases to ensure high quality performance. You actively monitor market's behavior and analyze its impact on our business, facing challenges and complex subjects supported by your competences as buyer, engineer and businessperson. You will manage the performance of supply chain in the areas of sustainability, quality, availability, and cost and ensure we have fit-to- purpose framework to run significant supply chain in global environment. You will report to Head of Operations and be part of Global Operations leadership team. This role is open globally, but preferred location is set in ABB factory and R&D units of the division based in China (Beijing), India (Bangalore), Finland (Helsinki) or US (New Berlin). To support your onboarding, you will start by short-assignment in Finland (Helsinki).
