We are now looking for a skilled and detail-oriented, energetic marketing and brand profile who embodies the brand. As Global Brand Project Specialist you will contribute to the growth, profitability, and integrity of the brand. You will support the brand identity in a lot of projects internally as well as externally and help ensure a consistent brand experience.

The candidate will be responsible for creating and executing brand campaigns, managing ongoing tasks, create content and ensuring all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Develop and execute creative and effective brand campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team, regions, and other stakeholders

Work with the creative team to develop campaign concepts, graphics, and other assets

Foster compelling storytelling and messaging that builds a unique brand position for Universal Robots within our industry and beyond

Manage ongoing tasks related to the WhyUR brand campaigns, including scheduling, budget tracking, and reporting

Serve as a liaison between internal teams and external vendors, including agencies, printers, and other suppliers

Develop project timelines in Asana and ensure all milestones are met on time

Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing regular updates to the PMO, marketing team and other stakeholders

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints

Maintain project documentation and ensure all relevant parties have access to necessary materials

Inform and upload relevant content to the Brand Universe, UR Marketing Hub and Media Bank.

You will be based in Odense, Denmark and will report to Jesper Hartvig Hjortnæs, Head of Brand, Global Marketing.

To be successful in this position we imagine you will come with:

A Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field

+5 years of experience in project management or related field

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands.

Make things happen, an executer and finisher with a creative touch

Excellent written and verbal communication skills preferable worked with case story materials

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Bynder MediaBank, or similar platforms

Experience in brand management or campaign development is preferred
