Description

O/A Gerente de Vendas é responsável pelo desenvolvimento e desempenho de todas as atividades de vendas, pós-venda e marketing em sua região.

Nessa posição você irá construir e liderar uma equipe de campo dinâmica, com foco em lucratividade e crescimento.

Manter relacionamentos positivos com os grupos de concessionárias e/ou lojas Independent Aftersales Market (IAM) e estabelecer estratégias para expandir a base de clientes para a região.

Responsabilidades:

  • Impulsionar a realização dos objetivos de vendas e pós-vendas para a região

  • Incentivar e apoiar os esforços de engajamento do time

  • Impulsionar a comunicação que apóia os planos de mercado da empresa

  • Coordenar os acordos contratuais da rede de concessionárias, garantir a conformidade com o desempenho de vendas de peças e varejo, satisfação do cliente e lucratividade do revendedor

  • Garantir a utilização precisa de ferramentas de capacitação Inspirar equipe/clientes para atingir metas de negócios

  • Local de trabalho: São Paulo (Capital) e Baixada Santista

    Requisitos:

  • Formação superior completa

  • Possuir CNH ativa e dirigir

  • Habilidades com o Pacote office

  • Inglês minimo intermediário/ Português fluente

  • Possuir vasta experiência na área comercial de automotivas/autopeças, no relacionamento com Rede de concessionárias/ dealers

  • Experiência na liderança de times de vendas/pós vendas será um diferencial

  • Possuir mobilidade e disponibilidade para viagens

  • Ter disponibilidade para residir na cidade de São Paulo
