Position Title FT Math Express Lab Associate

FLSA Non-Exempt Full Time/Part Time Full Time Department Developmental Studies-DSMA Campus Central Campus Location Central Campus Hourly Rate 11.55 Hours Full-time, indicate working hours - 8:00am - 6:00pm M - TH, 8:0am - 3:00pm F Summary of Position

This job requires general administrative and tutorial duties that are discipline specific for the Math Express Program. The incumbent is responsible for administrative and tutoring duties that will help assist students that are in the Math Express Laboratory.

Minimum Required Education

• Associate Degree or 60 credits towards a Bachelor Degree required from a nationally, regionally, or identified at the state level accredited institution of higher education or major in mathematics with experience through Calculus II. • Completion of Calculus II AND Differential Equations or Calculus III preferred. - A copy of college transcripts required with application.

Minimum Required Experience

• 2 years customer service wage earning experience required. • Experience using Microsoft applications including online learning management systems and experience using graphic calculator required.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Must have ability to work cooperatively with people at all levels • Must be computer literate • Demonstrate a high level of verbal and writing skills as well as computational skills
