FP&A FCF (Free Cash Flow) Supervisor


  • Assess and evaluate FCF performance of GMSA with regard to long and short- term operational goals, budgets and forecasts

  • Support creation of yearly South America Free Cash Flow objectives that align with GMSA plan for growth and expansion

  • Prepare and present monthly financial forecast reports including monthly cash flow Statement, forecast vs. budget, working capital analysis, Tax and Ebit analysis impacting cash.

  • Prepare ad-hoc scenario analysis of potential industry, supply or market variables impacting cash generation.

  • Maintain outstanding relationships with business partners

  • Lead by example displaying GM behaviors, commitment to personal development and dedication to crafting a positive Workplace of Choice culture

  • Provides understanding of the bigger picture and how projects relates to operational strategy / Enterprise goals

  • Anticipate partner needs (proactive vs. reactive)

    Additional Description


  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering or similar Ideally with a postgraduate degree in Finance

  • Fluency in the English language

  • Solid experience in all activities related to FP&A, controllership or similar financial areas.

  • Skills:

  • Very strong communication skills

  • Experience in work and relationship with diversified teams,

  • Oriented for results
