Bachelor's Degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience. Minimum three years of full time work experience in financial aid/services, advising and processing in a higher education. Demonstrated work knowledge of financial aid regulations, policies and procedures. Demonstrated ability to work accurately and effectively with financial aid data and computerized systems. Ability to handle confidential data and prioritize workload in a multi-person office. Ability to manage multiple tasks. Effective customer service sills. Excellent organizational, time management and analytical skills. Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with a diverse population of students, parents and staff. Meet eligibility criteria to obtain access to federal websites needed to preform job functions.
