Finance Business Partner (Sr. Financial Analyst)

Your Role:

As the Finance Business Partner, UES , you'll be working with some of the industry's brightest minds to develop and manage the budget for User Ecosystem team. Basically, you'll play a key role with the crucial goal of delivering one of the industry's most amazing vehicles and change the face of the EV automotive market. This role is onsite at FF HQ in Gardena.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and maintaining strong communication with functional leaders and managers
  • Partnering with UES functional team to provide variety of analyses to drive date-driven decision making
  • Supporting FP&A with gathering inputs, developing models, and generating reports for annual budgets, monthly forecasts and multi-year business plans
  • Coordinate monthly spending and cash flow forecast with FP&A team including performing variance analyses to drive business understanding and results
  • Managing Revenue recognition for traditional vehicles as well as our unique ecosystem products and services
  • Tracking and forecasting of sales volume, variable & fixed marketing, selling, warranty & service expenses
  • Evaluating and understanding business risks and opportunities
  • Developing and maintaining detailed documentation of the process
  • Ad hoc assignments & process improvements
  • Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business or related discipline
  • Minimum of 4-6 years of experience with an OEM in Marketing & Sales finance
  • Background in automotive and/or technology industries
  • Strong business acumen
  • Exceptional Excel skills and proficiency in MS Office suite
  • Exceptional, precise and clear communication, teamwork, cooperation, positive attitude, strong work ethic, and good sense of humor
  • Ability to adapt to a fast start-up environment
  • Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA from a reputable institute
  • Experience with a multinational organization
  • Ability to multi-task and carry assignments with minimal supervision
  • Experience with SAP or other ERP and Planning software
  • Annual Salary Range:

    ($100,000 - $120,000), plus benefits and incentive plans
