Your new role
The Faculty of Health Sciences has recently undergone changes to consolidate and align the fieldwork placement activities from each School into a centralised team.
The Fieldwork Manager is responsible for the leadership and management of the Faculty's fieldwork placements. This includes management and coordination of the Faculty's fieldwork delivery team and enhancing communication between the Schools, Faculty, University and external stakeholders.
Strategic relationship and contract management skills are essential to the delivery of this role, existing experience in the healthcare and/ or higher education sectors will also set you up for long-term success.
Your leadership, communication and customer service skills will enable you to effectively monitor and measure the critical success factors of the area's activities and services, ensuring continuous improvement, and appropriate use of key performance indicators.
