Executive Officer in the Graduate School of the Research Services of the Registry (Ref.: 523783) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal)

Applicants should have a good university degree with at least 4 years' solid administrative work experience, preferably in tertiary institutions. They should have an excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua); proficiency in computer literacy and knowledge of IT systems; good communication and interpersonal skills; a high level of organisational and problem-solving skills; a strong sense of responsibility; and the ability to work independently with initiative. They should also be attentive to details and be a good team player with the ability to multi-task. Knowledge and experience in managing social media and video production would be an advantage.

The appointee will be responsible for the administration of research postgraduate (RPg) programmes including admissions, progress monitoring and thesis examinations, courses and workshops coordination, course feedback and surveys compilation, new projects/initiatives involvement, and any other duties as assigned.
