Be challenged in a dynamic and diverse role Coordinate day-to-day office operational activities Development opportunity to broaden your executive support skills The Role Continuing, Full Time Level 5 - $73,820 to $80,592 pa (plus 17% superannuation) Bathurst, Dubbo, Wagga Wagga As the Executive Assistant, you will provide high quality, efficient and professional administrative support to the Executive Director, Division of People and Culture including diary and email management, invoice processing, coordinating travel arrangements and other secretariat and executive support activities. To be successful you will have: Proven ability to prioritise and complete multiple tasks with competing deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality. Proven ability to work unsupervised and take initiative in decision‐making and work within a close team to deliver outcomes.
