Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Assist the Director of University Scheduling and Conference Services in day- to-day functions as it relates to the Office of Event Services

General office duties as assigned (filing, copy work, etc)

Answering phones as needed

Checking messages and returning calls to supply basic information/event request form

Basic scheduling duties in the EMS software, as directed and overseen by the Director of Scheduling and Conferences.

Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

Careful attention to detail

Only students who qualify for Federal Work Study will be considered for this position.

Required Education Must be enrolled as a student at Belmont University.

Required Experience No experience is required, but preference will be given to students who have interest or experience in customer service and/or event planning.
