Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Ensuring the overall development and support of the ETL OpenText platform is functioning as expected. Ensuring all production transactions are successfully processed. Analyze and resolve failed transactions. Identify data issue vs map issue for resolution. Email communication to external Trading Partners and/or Internal Business Teams. Growth: Add new trading partners, expand existing trading partners by adding new messages. Set up partner, configure messages, unit test, end to end test involving the Business team, migrate to production / hyper-care. Perform other duties as assigned. Quarterly off hours application maintenance support

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in computer science, software engineering, management information systems, or related field.}
  • 5 years of ETL experience using ANSI X12 & EDIFACT standards, preferably in Manufacturing or Supply Chain.
  • Familiar with 850 Purchase Orders, 855 Purchase Order Acknowledgments, 810 Invoices, 856 Advanced Ship Notice, 997 Functional Acknowledgement.
  • Experience working with ETL transport protocols AS2, SFTP, HTTP/s, VAN.
  • Mapping experience required.
  • Ability to analyze and support existing maps, write new maps from specification documents. Some XML experience required.
  • Experience with OpenText applications Bizlink/Bizmanager & Application Integrator, Bizmapper, AI Mapper preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Solid problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and critical thinking abilities.
  • This position is part of a job family. Experience will be the determining factor for position level and compensation.
