Position Overview

Proterra is seeking an experienced IT Program Manager to lead the planning and execution of IT strategic projects and enhancements. In this position, you will also be a central part of the PMO organization, driving continual improvement for our processes.

About the Role – You will:

Track delivery within the program for schedule, budget and risk.

Manage and maintain program and project status reports for executive management.

Lead regular interactions with the executive sponsor and stakeholders to inform, alert, negotiate and maintain a continuing good relationship and shared vision

Work with stakeholders in forming and grooming the backlog

Review vendor proposals

Partner with the App team

Contributes to improving PMO processes, templates, and overall maturity of organization.

Other duties as assigned by management

Your Experience Includes:

Bachelors' degree in related field

1+ years of experience in Oracle EBS/Cloud ERP projects a plus

Experience in software project management

Experience presenting to Executive Leadership

Experience in IT project management a plus

Location: Greenville, SC

Travel: 0 - 25%
