Your new role As the Director, Student Operations, you'll be a driver of change, cultivating collaboration, and championing continuous improvement through engaging leadership and strategic management of the areas you lead. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic and engaging leader with a passion for team success and a commitment to leveraging technology and innovation to drive continuous improvement. You will lead the evolution of multiple areas by unifying technology, empowering teams, and people under a structure cultivating collaboration, personal growth and championing continuous improvement. You will be a strategic and operational leader, leveraging technology and data to enable Student Services to deliver exceptional experiences for students and staff at every stage of their journey.
