POSITION SUMMARY:
The primary function of this role is to accelerate the growth of sales.
Primary duties include: generating and submitting RFPs and related sales
documents, collaborating with the executive team to set revenue goals and
company strategy and implementing a sales plan to drive revenue growth and
attending key events to generate leads. The successful candidate will be
energetic, persuasive and well organized and able to demonstrate the ability
to sell. Along with defining and executing appropriate sales strategies;
business development, marketing, technical, ad operations and sales support
programs to maximize sales and profitability.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Understand and effectively communicate Arcimoto's platform, tech, process
and current partnerships
Developing and executing strategic plan to achieve sales targets and
expand Arcimoto's customer base
Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing quarterly and
annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales
volume and profit for existing and new products
Manage and implement the sales forecasting, planning and buyer driven
sales and marketing processes, establishing high levels of quality,
accuracy and process consistency for the sales and marketing organization
Maintain sales volume, product mix and selling price by keeping current
with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and
competitors in the EV market.
Manage sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training
employees. As well as counseling and disciplining employees; planning,
monitoring and appraising job results
Report on key KPIs related to the lead and the opportunity waterfall in
order to implement a consistent closed-loop between marketing and sales
Communicate sales goals and ensure appropriate executives are informed on
the progress of those goals.
Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with customers while
partnering with them to better understand their business objectives and
needs.
Report on forces that shift strategic directions of accounts and tactical
budgets.
Work with the Sales, Account Management and Operations, teams to implement
targeted sales strategy
Maintain an attitude that demonstrates passionate customer advocacy
Keen business sense, with the ability to find creative business-oriented
solutions to problems

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
5+ years experience in direct sales & sales management while meeting or
exceeding targets
Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the
organization, including executive and C-level
Proven ability to create an effective sales process from plan to close
Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
Proven ability to position products against competitors
Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused,
differentiated and achievable solutions
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Proven ability to manage budgets
Professional and proactive work ethic
Lead generation and management experience
Effective organizational skills
Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Understanding of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
Travel as needed
Valid Driver's License
PREFERRED ABILITIES AND KNOWLEDGE
Previous experience as a sales executive, sales manager or sales and
marketing director
BA/BS degree or equivalent
