Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Sales Operations to oversee and optimize our sales processes and systems. The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence, streamline sales workflows, and enhance the efficiency of our sales organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Process Optimization: Develop and implement streamlined sales processes, methodologies, and best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness throughout the sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.

  • Sales Systems Management: Oversee the selection, implementation, and optimization of sales technologies, CRM systems, and tools to support sales operations and enhance productivity. Ensure seamless integration with other business systems.

  • Sales Analytics and Reporting: Establish robust reporting mechanisms and analytics frameworks to track sales performance metrics, KPIs, and key business drivers. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to drive informed decision-making.

  • Sales Forecasting and Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop accurate sales forecasts, sales quotas, and territory planning. Continuously refine forecasting methodologies based on market trends and historical data analysis.

  • Sales Training and Enablement: Partner with sales leadership to develop training programs, materials, and resources that enable the sales team to effectively represent our products/services and meet sales targets.

  • Process Improvement and Compliance: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the sales operations function. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and standards.

  • Team Leadership and Collaboration: Lead and develop a high-performing sales operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence. Collaborate closely with sales leadership, finance, marketing, and other departments to align sales operations with overall company goals.

  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Operations Management, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.

  • Proven track record (10+ years) in sales operations, sales process improvement, or a related role within the automotive industry, preferably in electric vehicles or sustainable technology.

  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in sales data analysis, forecasting, and proficiency in using CRM systems and sales tools.

  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.

  • Strategic thinker with a focus on continuous improvement and a results- oriented approach.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Expected Salary Range: $128,590.00 to $211,255.00 per year.

    Additional Compensation

    Salary is one part of total compensation which includes bonuses, equity awards as applicable, and benefits. An employee is eligible to participate in Fisker's equity program, subject to the rules governing such programs.


    Fisker provides comprehensive medical, prescription, dental, vision, and disability insurance packages for full-time employees, their spouse or domestic partner, and children up to age 26. Coverage is effective on the first day of employment, and Fisker covers most of the premiums for employees.

    The salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors including market location, job-related knowledge, education/training, certifications, key skills, experience, internal peer equity as well as business considerations. Fisker reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position within the salary range listed, taking into account the wide variety of factors listed above.
