We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Marketing to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to build and lead a high-performing marketing team, shape our brand positioning, and drive our marketing strategy to new heights. You will be responsible for executing on marketing KPIs, growing our brand, and building Victorious's dominance as the industry-leading search-first marketing organization.

THE EXPECTATION:

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and improve Victorious's current marketing systems and strategies, including marketing automation, workflows, campaigns, and reporting within Hubspot.

  • Empathetically manage a team of marketers by investing in their continued education and effectiveness within their respective roles. Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team culture that embraces feedback, accountability, and continuous process improvement.

  • Build and manage the execution of annual marketing plans in line with Victorious's growth objectives, striking a balance between long-term strategic brand building, mid-term lead generation and nurturing, and quick wins designed to achieve specific targets.

  • Optimize the revenue funnel, oversee pacing across revenue acquisition channels, and strategically plan investments across all channels to maximize performance.

  • Identify and develop effective strategies for untapped marketing channels or partnerships, expanding Victorious's lead generation and brand awareness campaigns.

  • Continuously experiment and test new distribution strategies with a lean approach, keeping Victorious at the forefront of the market and relevant to its target audiences.

  • Enhance the customer journey to drive full-funnel acquisition, retention, and other key lifecycle marketing outcomes.

  • Drive brand engagement and cultivate evangelists among our ideal buyer personas, target accounts, and customers through campaigns designed that effectively convey our brand story and unique value proposition.

  • Develop and execute marketing plans for launching new services or entering new market segments with existing services.

  • Empower Victorious's sales team to effectively sell Victorious's services and integrate sales enablement needs into marketing plans and prioritization to drive marketing and sales alignment.

  • REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing teams to achieve target KPIs.

  • Ability to articulate a clear leadership philosophy and strategy for team growth.

  • Expertise in bringing marketing functions and professionals together to align on strategies.

  • Deep understanding of brand positioning and the power of brand in decision-making.

  • Experience in developing and executing marketing plans that achieve results.

  • Strong project management skills and the ability to align marketing projects with business goals.
