Deputy Service Manager

Deputy Service Manager

University Information Services (UIS) provides the digital infrastructure, business information and computing services at the heart of one of the world's top universities. • Understanding of user permissions and access control: You'll need to know how to assign different levels of access to users based on their job roles.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting user account issues: Users will inevitably run into problems with their accounts, so you'll need to be able to diagnose and resolve these issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: You'll need to be able to communicate clearly and concisely with both technical and non-technical users.
