Shift Technology is reinventing insurance claims automation and fraud

detection with AI. We help insurers fully automate more claims, deliver a great customer experience while protecting against risk, and accurately identify suspected claims fraud, making investigative teams more effective and reducing fraud losses.

What you'll do:

- Help on transversal transformation topics (reporting improvement, customer survey launch, etc.) : ensure coordination between CSM's involved and the rest of the company, formalize presentations, etc. - Work on training support for clients (tutorials, videos...) - Build a documents library for CSM on Highspot (steerco presentation, standard decks for CSM for run phasis - Design benchmark template regarding clients performance - Attend client meetings, present some topics if need be, send reports to ensure proper follow-up - Reporting to a CSM in particular, but assist the whole Customer Success team to help in some day-to-day operations : build decks for client committees, extract information from the database, etc.

What you bring:

- Fluent in French and English - About to graduate from business or engineering school (last year or gap year) - Enjoys working in a young, dynamic and demanding environment - Have at least a successful experience in consulting, tech companies, startup, client services - Knowledge of financial services industry is a plus - Have good communication skills, including oral, written, and non-verbal - Can manage multiple tasks simultaneously

- Knowledge of Excel and Power Point/Google slides
