As a talented and passionate agile team member of the Cybersecurity Identity and Access Management tower, your role as multi-skilled play an integral role in building a holistic view and roadmap of the company's technology strategy and processes. The Technical Leader partners with business and technology groups to ensure alignment of technology solutions with the company's strategic objectives. This role analyzes high-level business processes and requirements for customer identity and access management technology stack and associated integrations. This role provides technical expertise as well as people leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provides cross-product/cross-technology expertise to capability teams, provides input on and evaluates solution design and is consulted during release planning (e.g., standards for database design; determination of primary keys, etc)

  • Develops and maintains policies, standards, and guidelines to ensure that a consistent technology framework is applied across the company, maintains awareness and visibility of organizational standards and best practices

  • Partners with IT and business leaders to act as an advisor to strategic planning efforts aligned to organizational priority and vision.

  • Helps business leaders clarify their objectives and expectations for advancing digital experience investment(s)

  • Engages with the business and teams during ideation and design, guides technology selection, develops architectural artifacts in partnership with lead engineer and dev team(s) and ensure compliance with security, identity and access management, Enterprise Architecture, etc.

  • Introduces and accelerates new technologies and methodologies to support digital transformation

  • Brings a customer experience lens to IT strategy

  • Partners with business and technology subject-matter experts to elicit and translate business requirements into technological solutions

  • Assesses the current IT environment and develops a future state IT architecture in partnership with Enterprise Architecture

  • Supports the design and modeling of tactical architectures for the delivery, development, and support of projects

  • Supports the design and management of reference architectures

  • Partners with other solution architects to provide secure, scalable and adaptable architectural solutions

  • Promotes the use of a shared infrastructure and application roadmap to reduce costs and improve information flows

  • Basic Qualifications:

    Bachelor's Degree in computer science, software engineering, management information systems, or related field or equivalent relevant years of experience

    Preferred Qualifications:

  • Typically requires minimum 8 years of management experience

  • Experience with Customer IAM technology systems

  • Experience with Customer Federation

  • Experience with Azure, AWS cloud IAM systems

  • Experience building strategic technology plans and roadmaps

  • Experience designing, integrating and managing complex SaaS solutions

  • Experience managing large teams

  • Comprehensive knowledge of hardware, software, application and systems engineering

  • Demonstrated experience with business process and performance modeling, benchmarking and financial analysis

  • Knowledge of architectural design frameworks, integration frameworks and patterns

  • Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and changing business requirements

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent understanding of business complexity and project interdependencies

  • Ability to partner with multiple stakeholders and influence project decisions

  • Strong leadership and negotiation skills with business and technical groups

  • Experience in systems development lifecycle

  • Experience with Agile development methodologies

  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

  • Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and changing business requirements

  • Solid problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and critical thinking abilities

  • Excellent understanding of business complexity and project interdependencies

  • Intellectual curiosity and the ability to question thought partners across functional areas
