Role Overview

Fisker Inc is looking for an experienced professional, who will manage and develop a team focused

on accounting for inventories. The individual in this role provides strong functional knowledge of

accounting for inventories applying US accounting principles to develop and implement policies and

procedures through collaboration across the company including FP&A, marketing, program

operations and finance, and related internal control over financial reporting effects.

Role Overview

Provides financial accounting leadership and strategic business partnering for credit. Responsible for

global accounting for Credit controls. Manage complex and the development of financial information and

reports in accordance with accounting policies and procedures related to fixed assets.

Responsibilities

• Help to establish a Credit Review Policy for the company.

• Enforce the credit policy.

• Improve process efficiencies.

• Contact customers via phone, fax, and/or email regarding payment of balances owed to the company.

• Work with internal teams to expedite dispute resolution.

• Review aging data to determine accounts needing follow-up collection activity.

• Review questionable accounts for changes in their credit worthiness.

• Communicate past due balances via fax, mail, or email.

• Establish credit limits for new accounts based on historical credit information.

• Establish SLAs and KPIs

Required Qualifications

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field (preferred).

• 7+ years of related experience (credit analyst).

• Experience leading a team.

• Experience working in credit and/or accounts receivable in manufacturing or automotive

industry.

• Ability to multitask in a fast past environment.

• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to negotiate satisfactory business resolutions

  • Expected Salary Range: $78,080.00 - $158,580.00 a year.

    Additional compensation: Salary is one part of total compensation which includes bonuses, equity awards as applicable, and benefits. An employee is eligible to participate in Fisker's equity program, subject to the rules governing such programs.

    Benefits: Fisker provides comprehensive medical, prescription, dental, vision, and disability insurance packages for full-time employees, their spouse or domestic partner, and children up to age 26. Coverage is effective on the first day of employment, and Fisker covers most of the premiums for employees.

    The salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors including market location, job-related knowledge, education/training, certifications, key skills, experience, internal peer equity as well as business considerations. Fisker reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position within the salary range listed, considering the wide variety of factors listed above.
