development studios provide technical assistance to their players, while they
work hard to develop stunning game experiences, including MMOs, AAA
blockbusters, indie gems and mobile hits.
Currently, our Community Management Department is searching for a Community
Management Coordinator.
In this role you will work closely with the CM Team and Player Support
Coordinators to ensure CM business continuity and to enforce global HR and PS
policies.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assigning existing CM team members to (new) projects
Supporting PMs/Leads in resource management
Overseeing all HR rules for every region we have presence in – we are a
global team!
Onboarding new starters and setting the team up with the required hardware
and software for their jobs
Invoicing, payroll and WIW checks
Communicate department and service line news
Overseeing and creating CM events within budget
Providing guidance on employee feedback, development and evaluations, and
coordinate with L&D for trainings needed
Establishing performance improvement plans as needed
Assisting PMs/Leads with disciplinary actions
Probation management of employees
Gathering feedback for contract renewals and salary increases
Syncing with Helpdesk/PMs/HR about resignation
Team documentation and administrative tasks including start / end dates,
projects, skills, documentation, etc.
REQUIREMENTS
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
English native language level (knowledge of another language a bonus)
Superior competency using office software like O365, Google Business, etc.
Basic IT knowledge
Basic knowledge of documentation tools such as Jira, Basecamp, Notion,
etc.
A ‘can-do' attitude (we value pro-activity)
Problem solving attitude
Ability to work effectively and decisively under pressure
Ability to handle multiple topics concurrently and autonomously
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks
Ability to deliver personal feedback in a friendly and professional manner
Minimum of 2 years' experience in business administration
Basic knowledge of Community Management desirable
Experienced in working remotely, and with remote teams
Higher education in HR, business administration, communication, adult
education, or equivalent
