The Opportunity
Join our team as a Clinical Site Administrative Officer and be at the forefront of shaping the future of medical curriculum and placement planning in the Clinical Skills and Simulation Centre (CSSC). This position will ensure seamless operation of the Monash Rural Health Bendigo programs and will play a key part in developing and implementing efficient administration processes and data management systems.
The Clinical Site Administrative Officer will be responsible for the smooth execution of year-specific academic programs for the Doctor of Medicine (MD) program and will handle a wide range of tasks, from assisting with inventory of lab equipment to planning day-to-day running of the CSSC with the Simulation Educators. This position will also be dedicated to ensuring Medicine students' well-being during their placements in Bendigo to create positive rural experiences that can shape their future medical careers.
We are seeking someone with a tertiary qualification in a relevant field or substantial relevant skills and work experience including a strong work ethic, the ability to work effectively both in a team and independently and outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills. This position will involve travel to various locations, some of which are not easily accessible via public transport.
