  • The individual is responsible for becoming first and foremost a client partner. We expect them to create win/win outcomes that will lead to revenue growth for Digital Media. We expect that the ideal candidate to use his or her extensive digital media business acumen to uncover business needs and identify how Digital Media solutions programmatic display, video, OTT/CTV and streaming audio solutions can help clients achieve their business goals.
  • Responsible for client reporting, analysis and insights. Uncovering insights from the reports available and making recommendations from those insights.
  • Be consultative and use creativity to create and deliver customized sales solutions that address the client's compelling marketing needs and help them meet their business goals.
  • Effectively facilitate day-to-day management of account both internally and externally (with the client).
  • Build relationships with key stake holders including Digital Media account management, Media, analytics, legal, compliance and also key decision makers and influencers at the client and/or agency.
  • Develop a roadmap for success over time that will enable client satisfaction, growth and trust. Ultimately become the Client's trusted advisor.
  • Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional business experience, particularly in the digital media and programmatic ad tech industries
  • Client management experience or sales (or sales support) experience (client side, ad solutions, digital advertising, direct marketing, agency experience)
  • Campaign reporting and business review experience – reviewing performance reporting, uncovering insights, developing and delivering performance reports, insights and recommendations.
  • Versed across key marketing components including strategy, analytics, programmatic display, video, OTT/CTV and/or streaming media media performance, and ad tech.
  • Self-motivated – able to identify opportunities, new business, and market gaps without being hounded by manager.
  • Strong quantitative background with an understanding of analytic tools and techniques
  • Understanding of marketing program strategy, design, execution, and measurement/attribution
  • Negotiation skills
  • Effective communication across multiple levels of an organization
  • Works well in a team/highly collaborative environment
  • Sales & business development experience a plus
  • Strong computer skills: Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint and Sales Management software (i.e. Salesforce.com)
  • BA/BS with strong academic record, preferred. MBA a plus.
