About the Opportunity

Epsilon is seeking a highly resourceful and organized Client Account Executive who possesses an upbeat, take-charge personality and will be efficient and effective in providing support to their team and external clients.

The candidate should be a forward-thinker who actively seeks opportunities and maintains strong interpersonal skills as well as the ability to build relationships. They must also possess the ability to work well independently and under general supervision.

The Account Executive will be responsible for sales support, external client communication and collaboration with internal stakeholders. Integral to the success of this position is the ability to respond to requests promptly and accurately while accommodating the varying needs of external clients.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Excellent organizational skills, time management and recall for day-to-day activities
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing expectations
  • Responsive, Resourceful, Proactive, Positive and Self-motivated attitude
  • Understanding of the creative development process, including accurate intake of client direction and clear translation for internal teams
  • Duties & Responsibilities

  • Prepare well-organized, clear, professional and concise communications
  • Prepare marketing support materials that adhere to client brand guidelines
  • Work with external clients to ensure their objectives are met in a timely manner
  • Ensure that all client requests are handled in a timely manner
  • Ensure all information is captured accurately in documents
  • Assist with overseeing execution of marketing programs and projects
  • Communicate reports and results to external clients, upon request
  • Maintain team process documentation
  • Adhere to policies and guidelines pertaining to confidentiality, security, safety and professional conduct
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • 1-3 years prior experience with an agency/marketing organization (automotive experience preferred, but not required)
  • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, dynamic team environment
  • Ability to maintain positive, professional demeanor at all times
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills that reflect the ability to perform, prioritize and re-prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Emotional maturity
