Clerical Assistant (holding the functional title of Clinic Assistant) in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology, School of Clinical Medicine (Ref.: 523743) (to commence as soon as possible for one year, with the possibility of renewal subject to funding availability and satisfactory performance)

Applicants should have completed Form 5, preferably with 5 passes in HKCEE including English (min. Grade C if Syllabus A/Level 2 from 2007) and Chinese (Level 2 from 2007), OR min. Level 2 or equivalent in 5 subjects in HKDSEE including English Language and Chinese Language, with at least 1 years' work experience. They should have a good command of spoken and written English and Chinese; good communication and interpersonal skills; proficiency in computer skills (including MS Word, Excel, and English and Chinese word processing); and the ability to work independently and in a team.

The appointee will provide clerical support to the Assisted Reproduction Programme at the University's teaching hospitals. He/She will assist in laboratory operation, stock taking and undertaking other duties as assigned. Working outside normal office hours may be required.
